Join us for a Morning of reflection, connection, and community as we gather under July's Buck Moon.

Named for the time of year when deer begin growing new antlers, the Buck Moon symbolizes growth, renewal, and stepping into a new season. It's an opportunity to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and set intentions for what's ahead.

Throughout the Morning, we'll enjoy gentle guided movement, a calming meditation, intention setting, meaningful conversation, and create moon water to take home.
